Sunday in the Park
Adult-Child Hands-On Nature Program & Activities.
Gather up your own child, or a grandchild, niece, nephew, neighbor child, etc., and spend a unique day in the park learning all about nature, conservation, making nature crafts, and discovering a wonderland in the middle of San Diego in Balboa Park.
Program is once a month on Sunday - from NOON to 3:00 at Camp Fire Boys & Girls Day Camp "Cahito".
Bring your lunch and drink and picnic around the camp grounds.
3101 Balboa Drive (on the west side of Balboa Park off 6th Avenue between Upas and Quince Streets.)
Summer dates for Sunday in the Park
June 7, July 12th & August 16th.
Each week is a different focus on nature, animals, bugs and insects, plants and printmaking from nature, ecology, conservation, and much more. Fun for all ages.
Pre-registration requested at $15.00 = 1 Adult + 1 Child and last minute at the gate the entrance fees is $20.00 for 1 Adult + 1 Child.
