NEW After-School Enrichment Program
Camp Fire SDI Mission: Camp Fire Builds Caring, Confident Youth and Future Leaders.
New After-School Enrichment Program starting on Tuesday, September 27th. The program will offer children a variety of opportunities to explore individual interests, participate in group activities and have lots of fun. We maintain a low child-to-staff ratio, and our staff is sensitive and well-trained.
This Outdoor Education program will take place at Camp CaHiTo and will consist of activities from our Campfire curriculum. Our caring and experienced staff will offer children the opportunity to explore the plants and wildlife in Balboa park, as well as give back to the community through service learning projects. Children will help plan and make choices about these projects and other activities. Through respectful exploration and the use of critical thinking skills, children will further develop their appreciation of the natural world.
After-School Enrichement days will be Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00pm-6:00pm. There will be three program options to choose from, please see below. You can choose to sign up for one or all three. The cost will be $30 a day and will include a healthy snack. Transportation is included if needed from School to Enrichment Program, parents will need to pick up children at Camp CaHiTo.

- Session 2: October 25 - November 17
- Session 3: November 29 - December 22
